How To Apply FlexiSEQ
Get the best from our gels by following our simple rules
FlexiSEQ Max Strength Osteo and FlexiSEQ Activ are not like other gels.
In order to achieve optimum effect, our gels should be applied twice daily, usually morning and evening. We advise that you clean and dry your skin before application. Once the gel has been gently massaged, leave a thin film of gel around the joint uncovered for 10 minutes to let our SEQ Techᵀᴹ get to work.
FlexiSEQ should be gently massaged onto the skin on the soft tissue around the joint, leaving behind a thin film of gel which should be left to dry naturally.
Hands
Apply a pea-sized quantity of gel around the desired area, spread evenly around the joints and massage gently into the skin, leaving behind a thin film of gel. After use, avoid washing your hands for 10-15 minutes.
Hips
Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger to the skin covering the soft tissue around your hip and gently massage into the skin, leaving behind a thin film of gel. Spread towards your groin, not buttocks.
