How To Apply FlexiSEQ
Get the best from our gels by following our simple rules
FlexiSEQ and FlexiSEQ Max Strength are not like other gels.
In order to achieve optimum effect, our gels should be applied twice daily, usually morning and evening. We advise that you clean and dry your skin before application and, once the gel has been applied, leave the area uncovered for 10 minutes to let our SEQ Tech® get to work.
FlexiSEQ should be left to dry on the skin naturally, it should not be rubbed in.
Hands
Apply a pea-sized amount of gel on each affected knuckle and spread evenly around the joint. Avoid washing your hands for 10-15 minutes after application.
Hips
Locate the edge of your hip bone and apply a line of gel as long as your index finger to the soft tissue below, where the bone can no longer be felt. Do not spread towards the buttocks but instead towards your groin.
Knees
Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger to the back and sides of your knee joint. The gel should be evenly applied to the soft tissue at the sides and the back of the knee but should not be applied to the bony patella (knee cap).
Shoulder
Apply a line of gel as long as your index finger to the area corresponding to your pain. It should not be applied to the bone or shoulder blade. Please make sure you apply our gel on the top of your arm where your shoulder starts, making sure you cover the area around your joint leading into your armpit.
Application
Spread a thin layer around the joint and do NOT rub it in. Allow to dry.
